The Ultimate Companion
The Ultimate Biennale Companion presents a digital prototype developed in collaboration with the Canadian AI research studio Innervation that helps visitors navigate and understand the Biennal’s exhibitions and presentations. As a pilot for a new app, it uses large language models to create personalized biennale visit itineraries and augmented translation for Biennale content.

Amidst all exhibition content it remains for most Biennale visitors a struggle to effectively plan their time at the Biennale. The availability of high quality large language models (LLMs) offers new possibilities for creating an personalised itinerary and or map. The tool is developed with Innervation, a Canadian AI developer with an affinity to design.
