The managerial editor of VOLUME Magazine is specifically responsible for the following:
Further he/she is part of the Archis team and will feel responsibility for the overall ‘wellbeing’ of Archis. This might include supporting work on exhibitions, projects, PR etc. Professional work experience in publishing is a pre.
The activities will be performed in consultation with VOLUME’s editor-in-chief and/or the director of Archis.
The workflow follows the release schedule of the magazine and knows peak and off-peak months. The activities will take on average 1 day per week and will be done mainly from the offices of Archis in Amsterdam. Flexibility and working off the regular hours are part of the commitment.

The workflow follows the release schedule of the Magazine and knows peak and off-peak months. The activities will take on average 1/2 day per week and will be done mainly from the offices of Archis in Amsterdam. Flexibility and working off the regular hours are part of the commitment.
The remuneration will be € 6.300,- per year excl. VAT.

It is possible to start an internship with Archis. We have the possibility to receive 2 interns to help us with upcoming projects and publications.
Responsibilities include: project research, organization and production, general office duties.
Internships are generally 20 hours per week or more and for a length of 3 months minimum. Depending on the candidate’s schedule, the work hours can be discussed.
Applicants can be currently enrolled in educational programs or be free-lancers and young practitioners. In case you are a student, credits can be negotiated with your school.
